A conversation with
Congressman Mike Lawler (R-NY)
The Next Generation of Moderate Republican
Join us Wednesday, October 2nd from 2:00PM - 2:30PM on Zoom
Rep. Mike Lawler has quickly emerged as one of the most effective new voices in Congress, with legislation signed into law on issues ranging from Iran sanctions to public safety.
As the ranking member on a House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee, he has played a key role in shaping U.S. foreign policy. Representing a swing district in New York’s Hudson Valley, he’s also been a leading advocate for raising the SALT deduction cap and pushing back on Manhattan’s congestion pricing.
Lawler offers a moderate Republican take on the country’s direction—how to deliver tax relief, strengthen U.S. foreign policy, and navigate the challenges dividing Washington.
